      针对机场地面服务车辆EPDM缓冲器,开展EPDM材料的Yeoh,Mooney-Rivlin和Ogden超弹性本构模型拟合分析,并选用二阶Ogden模型(N=2)进行EPDM缓冲器的压缩试验与仿真分析。结果表明,采用二阶Odgen模型拟合EPDM材料的应力-应变性能效果最好,EPDM缓冲器的压缩载荷-位移仿真曲线与试验曲线几乎一致,验证了本构模型和仿真分析的有效性。
英文摘要:
      A fitting analysis of Yeoh,Mooney-Rivlin and Ogden hyperelastic constitutive models of EPDM materials of EPDM buffers for airport ground service vehicles was carried out.The second-order Ogden model(N=2)was selected for the compression test and simulation analysis of EPDM buffers.The results showed that,the second-order Ogden model provided the best fitting effect for the stress-strain performance of EPDM materials,and the compression load-displacement simulation curves of EPDM buffers were almost consistent with the test curves,verifying the effectiveness of the constitutive model and simulation analysis.
