| 介绍铁路机车制动缸用主动润滑型Y形橡胶密封圈的研制。通过采用丙烯腈含量小的丁腈橡胶胶料以及在结构上增加两条环形储油（脂）槽，主动润滑型Y形橡胶密封圈因制动缸内壁润滑脂缺失或分布不均产生锈蚀而导致的制动失效问题得以解决，产品通过装机测试。 |

| Development of the active lubrication Y-shaped rubber sealing ring for brake cylinder of railway locomotives was introduced.Through using low acrylonitrile content nitrile rubber（NBR） compound and adding two annular oil（grease） storage grooves in the structure，the problem of brake failure of active lubrication Y-shaped rubber sealing ring had been solve，which was caused by the lack or uneven distribution of lubricating grease on the inner wall of the brake cylinder.The sealing ring product had passed installation testing. |
