      对机场救援消防车专用全钢工程机械子午线轮胎在高速行驶过程中抖动原因进行分析,并提出解决措施。通过自由模态测试分析以及试验验证,确定轮胎抖动的原因是轮胎的固有振动频率与行驶速度高于80 km·h -1的车辆一致,轮胎与车辆发生共振;通过采取调整半成品部件的接头定位角度和优化材料分布解决了轮胎抖动的问题,提高了机场救援消防车的舒适性能。
英文摘要:
      The cause of the shaking of all-steel off-the-road radial tire for airport rescue fire truck during high-speed driving was analyzed,and the solutions were proposed.Through free modal test analysis and experimental verification,it was determined that the cause of the shaking of the tire was that the natural vibration frequency of the tire was consistent with vehicle traveling at a speed above 80 km·h-1,so that the tire resonated with vehicle.By adjusting the joint positioning angles of semi-finished components and optimizing material distribution,the problem of the shaking of the tire was solved,and the comfort performance of airport rescue fire truck was improved.
