      用月桂酸和油酸分别对聚乙二醇(PEG)400和PEG600进行酯化封端,研究聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯的热稳定性和其对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶料脱模效果的影响。结果表明:酯化封端可有效改善PEG的热稳定性,随着PEG的相对分子质量增大,聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯的热稳定性提高;油酸酯化封端和单脂肪酸酯化封端的聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯的热稳定性分别优于月桂酸酯化封端和双脂肪酸酯化封端的聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯;添加抗氧剂可明显改善聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯的热稳定性和润湿性,添加抗氧剂的聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯对EPDM胶料的脱模效果良好。
英文摘要:
      Polyethylene glycol(PEG)400 and PEG600 were esterified and capped with lauric acid and oleic acid,respectively,to investigate the thermal stability of polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters and their effects on the demolding effect of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) compound.The results showed that esterification capping could effectively improve the thermal stability of PEG,and the thermal stability of polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters improved with the increase of PEG molecular weight.The thermal stability of polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters capped with oleic acid esterification and single fatty acid esterification was superior to that of polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters capped with lauric acid esterification and double fatty acid esterification,respectively.Adding antioxidants could significantly improve the thermal stability and wettability of polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters,and polyethylene glycol fatty acid esters with antioxidants had a good demolding effect on EPDM compound.
