| 研究医用乳胶球囊的制备工艺与性能，以期从工艺上解决球囊球偏的问题。结果表明：采用预硫化程度在三末～四初的预硫化天然胶乳，使用酒精陶土凝固剂，并采取合理自动浸渍工艺，在65 ℃下沥滤6 min，并在100 ℃下带模干燥硫化30 min，制备的乳胶球囊的球形周正率大，物理性能和外观质量好，可满足国内市场需求。 |

| The preparation process and performance of medical latex balloon were studied in order to solve the problem of the balloon deviation problem.The results showed that，by using pre-vulcanization natural latex with a pre-vulcanization degree between three-end and four-beginning，along with alcohol-clay coagulant，employing a reasonable automatic impregnation process，filtering for 6 minutes at 65 ℃，and drying vulcanization for 30 minutes at 100℃ with mold，the latex balloon could be produced with high sphericity positive ratio，excellent physical properties and superior visual quality，which could meet the domestic market demand. |
