      对磁悬浮轨道交通用特殊电缆的热老化性能进行研究,对电缆绝缘胶料(乙丙橡胶胶料)不同温度梯度下的热老化行为、90 ℃下等效老化5,10,20和30年的性能劣化趋势、活化能随等效老化时间延长的变化规律进行分析。结果表明:电缆绝缘胶料的整个老化过程可分为老化初级阶段、快速老化阶段以及老化后期阶段,性能劣化主要发生在快速老化阶段,此阶段电缆绝缘胶料的羰基含量不断增大;电缆绝缘胶料的活化能随等效老化时间延长呈现出先升高后降低再升高的变化趋势。
英文摘要:
      The thermal aging performance of special cable for maglev rail transit was studied,the thermal aging behavior of the cable insulation compound(ethylene-propylene rubber compound) under different temperature gradients,the deterioration trend of the performance after equivalent aging at 90 ℃ for 5,10,20,30 years and the change rule of the activation energy with the extension of the equivalent aging time were analyzed.The results showed that the aging process of the cable insulation compound could be divided into the primary aging stage,the rapid aging stage and the final aging stage.The performance deterioration mainly occurred in the rapid aging stage,in which the number of carbonyl groups of the cable insulation compound increased continuously. The activation energy of the cable insulation compound increased first,then decreased and finally increased with the extension of the equivalent aging time.
