      将聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)(粉末)添加到丁腈橡胶(NBR)胶料中,研究PTFE用量对NBR胶料拉伸性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:随着PTFE用量的增大,NBR胶料的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率先增大后减小,阿克隆磨耗量、DIN磨耗量、摩擦系数及表面粗糙度变化量先减小后增大;当PTFE用量为4份时,胶料的拉伸性能和耐磨性能最好。添加PTFE的NBR胶料的磨耗机制以磨粒磨损为主,伴随一定的卷曲磨损和黏着磨损。
英文摘要:
      Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)(powder) was added to nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) compounds,and the effects of PTFE dosages on the tensile properties and adrasion resistance of NBR compounds were studied.The results showed that,as the PTFE dosage increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the NBR compound initially increased and subsequently decreased,and Akron abrasion loss,DIN abrasion loss,friction coefficient and surface roughness variation initially decreased and subsequently increased.When the PTFE dosage reached 4 phr,the compound exhibited optimal tensile properties and adrasion resistance.The wear mechanisms of NBR compound added with PTFE was dominated by abrasive wear,accompanied by curling wear and adhesive wear.
