基于有限元软件SIGMASOFT?对菱形、三角形、正方形和同心圆滤板孔排布方式的滤胶机进行滤胶过程的模拟,建立这4种滤板孔排布方式的滤胶三维模型,对滤胶过程中胶料的压力场、流动速度场和温度场进行分析。结果表明,在相同工作条件下,同心圆排布是胶料流动最通畅的滤板孔排布方式,滤胶过程中胶料的流动速度场与温度场和压力场之间可相互验证。 |

Based on the finite element software SIGMASOFT?,the compound filter processes in the rubber filter machine with diamond,triangular,square and concentric circle filter plate hole arrangements were simulated,three-dimensional models of the compound filter were established for these four types of filter plate hole arrangements,and the pressure field,flow velocity field and temperature field of the compound during the compound filter process were analysed.The results showed that,under the same working conditions,the concentric circle arrangement provided the most smooth filter plate hole arrangement for the compound flow.The flow velocity field,temperature field and pressure field of the compound during the compound filter process could mutually be verified each other. |
