      研究车削工艺参数(进给量以及车床转速)对阶梯圈密封环尺寸以及表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:使用旧刀粒时,随着进给量的增大,低车床转速下密封环内径呈减小趋势,外径呈增大趋势,高车床转速下密封环内径和外径先增大后减小;与使用旧刀粒的相比,使用新刀粒时密封环内径、外径和径向厚度变化情况整体一致,仅在车床转速为2 400 r·min-1时密封环外径先增大后减小;随着车床转速的增大,使用新刀粒与旧刀粒时密封环尺寸呈相似的波动变化;密封环表面粗糙度受车床转速的影响较小,随着进给量的增大,密封环表面粗糙度增大,且进给量越大,密封环表面粗糙度增大速率越快。
英文摘要:
      The influence of turning process parameters(feed rate and lathe speed) on the sizes and surface roughnesses of step ring sealing ring was studied.The results showed that,when using old cutting blades,with the increase of feed rate,the inner diameter of the sealing ring presented decreasing trend and the outer diameter presented increasing trend at low speeds,and the inner diameter and outer diameter of the sealing ring first increased and then decreased at high lathe speeds.Compared with using the old blade,the changes of the inner diameter,outer diameter and radial thickness of the sealing ring when using the new blade were generally the consistent,and only at a lathe speed of 2 400 r·min-1,the outer diameter of the sealing ring first increased and then decreased.As the increase of the lathe speed,the size of the sealing ring fluctuated similarly when using new and old blades.The surface roughness of the sealing ring was less affected by the lathe speed.As increase of the feed rate,the surface roughness of the sealing ring increased,and the larger the feed rate was,the faster the rate of increase in surface roughness of the sealing ring.
