      研究二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂、秋兰姆类促进剂和次磺酰胺类促进剂及其并用对三元乙丙橡胶胶料性能的影响。结果表明:二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂ZDEC使胶料的综合性能提高;秋兰姆类促进剂TETD与其他促进剂并用时硫化活性较大,胶料的焦烧安全性较好;次磺酰胺类促进剂CBS具有较好的焦烧安全性和后效性,可作为副促进剂用于快速硫化体系;促进剂ZDEC/TETD/CBS并用可有效降低胶料的反应活化能,缩短硫化时间,使胶料具有较好的焦烧安全性和硫化平坦性;促进剂剂ZDEC,TETD和CBS相互并用的胶料物理性能相当。
英文摘要:
      The effects of dithiocarbamate type accelerators,thiuram type accelerators and sulfonamide type accelerators and their blending on the properties of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) compounds were studied.The results showed that the dithiocarbamate type accelerator ZDEC improved the overall performance of the compound.When blending with other accelerators,the thiuram type accelerator TETD had higher vulcanization activity,and the compound had better scorch safety.The sulfonamide type accelerator CBS had good scorch safety and post effect,and could be used as a secondary accelerator in rapid vulcanization systems.The accelerators ZDEC/TETD/CBS blending could effectively reduce the reaction activation energy of the compound and shorten the vulcanization time,and make the compound have good scorch safety and vulcanization flatness.The physical properties of the compound with accelerator ZDEC,TETD and CBS blending were equivalent.
