研究高温下硅橡胶的疲劳寿命预测。结果表明:以工程应变峰值为损伤参量建立的硅橡胶的疲劳寿命预测模型的拟合优度均在0.99以上,即模型有效;当工程应变峰值小于0.7时,随其增大,硅橡胶的疲劳寿命呈缩短趋势;当工程应变峰值大于0.7时,随其增大,硅橡胶的疲劳寿命变化趋于平缓;在相同工程应变峰值(0.6)下,随着温度的升高,硅橡胶的疲劳寿命逐渐缩短,高温(90~130 ℃)软化对硅橡胶疲劳寿命的影响不大;硅橡胶的实测疲劳寿命与预测疲劳寿命误差不超过57%,即疲劳寿命预测模型具有一定的准确性。 |

The prediction of the fatigue life of silicone rubber at high temperature was studied.The results showed that the goodness of fit of the fatigue life prediction model for silicone rubber established with engineering strain peak as the damage parameters was above 0.99,indicating that the the model was effective.When the engineering strain peak was less than 0.7,as it increased,the fatigue life of silicone rubber presented a decreasing trend.When the engineering strain peak was greater than 0.7,as it increased,the fatigue life change of silicone rubber tended to be gentle.Under the same engineering strain peak(0.6),as the increase of the temperature,the fatigue life of silicone rubber gradually was shorted,indicating that high-temperature(90~130 ℃) softening had little effect on the fatigue life of silicone rubber.The error between the measured fatigue life and the predicted fatigue life of silicone rubber did not exceed 57%,indicating that the fatigue life prediction model had a certain degree of accuracy. |
