The application of rubber elastic components for railway vehicles and their research and development design process was introduced.The application of finite element simulation technologies in the structure design,curing process design and mold design of rubber elastic components were mainly discussed,the basic finite element theory,material parameter testing and engineering application cases were presented,and the digital research and development status was summarized.It was expected to achieve the simulation driven design of rubber products taking consideration of the whole life cycle. |
