      介绍橡胶复合材料的湿法混炼方法及性能研究进展。橡胶复合材料的湿法混炼方法包括原位法、乳液共混法、溶液共混法、高搅分散法、连续液相混炼法,这些方法各具优势及存在不同问题。湿法混炼方法对橡胶复合材料的流动性、物理性能、导热性能、导电性能和微观结构影响显著,今后湿法混炼方法与橡胶复合材料的性能相关性将作为研究重点。
英文摘要:
      Research progress on the wet mixing methods and the properties of the rubber composites was introduced.The wet mixing methods of the rubber composites including the in-situ method,emulsion blending method,solution blending method,high-shear dispersion method and continuous liquid-phase mixing method,and these methods had their own advantages and existing different issues.The wet mixing methods had a significiant impact on the flowabilities,physical properties,thermal conductivities,electrical conductivities and microstructures of the rubber composites.In the future,the correlation between the wet mixing methods and the properties of the rubber composites would be a research focus.
