      采用多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)/炭黑N330填充天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶并用胶,研究MWCNTs用量对并用胶挤出流变特性的影响。结果表明:随着MWCNTs用量的增大,并用胶的门尼粘度增大,应力松弛速率减小;随着剪切速率的增大,并用胶(熔体)的稳态粘度减小,剪切应力近似呈线性增大,挤出胀大比和挤出物畸变程度增大;当固定剪切速率时,随着MWCNTs用量的增大,并用胶的挤出胀大比减小;当剪切速率为50 s-1时MWCNTs用量对并用胶的挤出物表面形貌的影响较小,当剪切速率为200 s-1时MWCNTs用量为7份的并用胶的挤出物表面呈扭曲状态,当剪切速率达到500 s-1时各MWCNTs用量的并用胶的挤出物表面均呈扭曲状态。
英文摘要:
      The natural rubber/butadiene rubber blends were filled with multi walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/carbon black N330,the effect of the MWCNTs amounts on the extrusion rheological properties of the blends was studied.The results showed that as the MWCNTs amounts increased,the Mooney viscosity of the blend increased,and the stress relaxation rate decreased.As the shear rate increased,the steady viscosity of the blend(melt) decreased,the shear stress approximately increased linearly,the extrusion swelling ratio and the distortion degree of the extrudate increased.When the shear rate was fixed,as the MWCNTs amount increased,the extrusion swelling ratio of the blend decreased.When the shear rate was 50 s-1,the MWCNTs amounts had little effect on the surface morphologies of the extrudate of the blends.When the shear rate was 200 s-1,the surface of the extrudate of the blend with 7 phr MWCNTs exhibited twisted state.When the shear rate reached 500 s-1,the surfaces of the extrudate of the blend with different MWCNTs amounts showed twisted states.
