研究热裂解炭黑(CBp)在轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:CBpNM360等量部分替代炭黑N660的混炼胶的门尼粘度最小和门尼焦烧时间t5最长,加工性能优越,炭黑在橡胶基体中分散性好,硫化胶在低温区域时的tanδ 最大和60 ℃时的tanδ最小,CBpNM360适用于冬季轮胎,其四季轮胎的滚动阻力较小;CBpEN660等量部分替代炭黑N660的硫化胶的H抽出力较大和屈挠龟裂次数较多,CBpJ440/炭黑N660用量比为12.5/37.5的硫化胶0 ℃时的tanδ最大,抗湿滑性能最好。 |

The application of pyrolytic carbon black (CBp) in the carcass compound of the tire was studied.The results showed that,when CBpNM360 partially replaced carbon black N660 in equal amount,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was the minimum and the Mooney scorch time t5 was the longest,which demonstrated processing performance of the compound was excellent,and the dispersion of carbon black within the rubber matrix was good,the vulcanizate exhibited the maximum tanδat low temperature area and the minimun tanδ at 60 °C.CBpNM360 was suitable for winter tire,and the rolling resistance of all-season tire with it was smaller.When CBpEN660 partially replaced carbon black N660 in equal amount,the H-pull-out force of the vulcanizate was larger and the number of the flex cracking was more.When CBpJ440/carbon black N660 amount ratio was 12.5/37.5,the tanδ at 0 °C of the vulcanizate was the largest,the wet skid resistance was best. |
