研究2种建筑电气设备密封制品用丁腈橡胶(NBR)胶料的组成和性能,并考察橡胶成分的丙烯腈质量分数对NBR胶料性能的影响。结果表明:2种NBR胶料的橡胶成分和增塑剂成分接近;橡胶成分的丙烯腈质量分数小、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)低的NBR胶料适于在温度较低的环境下使用,橡胶成分的丙烯腈质量分数大、Tg高的NBR胶料不适宜在温度较低的环境下使用;2种NBR胶料都不宜用于温度较高的建筑电气设备密封制品中。 |

The compositions and properties of two kinds of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) compounds used in building electrical equipment sealing products were studied,and the effect of acrylonitrile mass fractions of rubber components on the properties of NBR compounds was investigated.The results showed that the rubber compositions and plasticizer compositions of the two kinds of NBR compounds were similar.The NBR compound with low acrylonitrile mass fraction and low glass transition temperature(Tg) was suitable for use in low temperature environment,while the NBR compound with high acrylonitrile mass fraction and high Tg was not suitable for use in low temperature environment.Both of the two kinds of NBR compounds were not suitable for use in building electrical equipment sealing products at high temperature. |
