以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为主体橡胶,通过添加石蜡油以及EPDM与聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和顺丁橡胶(BR)并用来制得耐低温性能优良的CRH2和CRH3型动车组用U形外风挡胶料,并测试U形外风挡涂层性能。结果表明:添加石蜡油可以提高外风挡胶料的耐低温性能,但会影响U形外风挡漆膜与母材的附着力,石蜡油用量不宜超过10份;EPDM与BR和POE并用可以获得耐低温性能(耐-55 ℃低温)、耐屈挠性能和物理性能优异的U型外风挡胶料,制得的U型外风挡适合在较寒冷的环境下使用。 |

The U-shaped outer windshield compounds for CRH2 and CRH3 EMUs with excellent low temperature resistance were obtained by using ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) as the main rubber and adding paraffin oil and EPDM blending with polyolefin elastomer(POE) and butadiene rubber(BR),as well as the performance of U-shaped outer windshield coating was tested.The results showed that adding paraffin oil could improve the low temperature resistance of the outer windshield compound,but it would affect the adhesion between the paint film and the base compound of the U-shaped outer windshield,so paraffin oil dosage should not exceed 10 phr. EPDM/BR/POE blending could obtain the outer windshield compounds with excellent low temperature resistance(resistance to -55 ℃ low temperature),flexure resistance and physical properties,making the U-shaped outer windshield suitable for use in a colder environment. |
