      设计一种胎圈向外张开的外向型轮胎并对其力学性能进行研究。结果表明,与普通轮胎相比,外向型轮胎的胎圈开口宽度扩大25%,可以避免轮胎脱模损伤,延长了轮胎的使用寿命。在相同静载工况下,外向型轮胎安装轮辋时,由于胎圈和胎侧向内收缩,胎圈给轮辋施加更大的正压力,提高了轮胎的气密性能;由于胎面被拉伸,轮胎的接地面积增大,胎面中心部位承担了胎肩部位的部分应力,轮胎的整体应力分布更加均匀,有利于提高轮胎的接地性能。
英文摘要:
      A type of outward-looking tire with outward opening of the bead was designed and its mechanical properties were studied.The results showed that compared with ordinary tires,the opening width of the bead of outward-looking tire was increased by 25%,which could avoid tire demolding damage and extend the service life of the tire.Under the same static load conditions,when installing the rim on an outward-looking tire,due to the inward contraction of the bead and sidewall,the bead applied greater positive pressure to the rim,improving the airtightness of the tire.Due to stretching of the tread,the contact area of the tire increased and the center part of the tread beared some stresses on the shoulder part,the overall stress distribution of the tire was more uniform,which was conducive to improving the tire contact performance.
