      介绍海上石油平台浮拖法安装用桩腿耦合装置(LMU)内纵向橡胶缓冲件的疲劳性能的有限元分析,通过建立热力耦合疲劳计算模型,对纵向橡胶缓冲件的疲劳破坏及温升进行仿真。结果表明,纵向橡胶缓冲件在疲劳测试中循环加载2 200次后未发生破坏,温升仅为1.27 ℃,且循环加载过程处在稳定的应力场周期循环状态,满足工程需要。
英文摘要:
      The finite analysis of the fatigue performance of the longitudinal rubber buffer component in the leg mating unit(LMU) used for the installation of the offshore oil platform by floating towing method was introduced.By establishing a thermal coupled fatigue calculation model,the fatigue failure and temperature rise of the longitudinal rubber buffer component was simulated.The results showed that the longitudinal rubber buffer component did not fail after being subjected to completing 2 200 cycles of loading during fatigue test,with a temperature rise of only 1.27 ℃,and the cyclic loading process was in a stable stress field cyclic state, meeting the engineering needs.
