      以辛基酚醛树脂为硫化剂,采用动态硫化法,制备丁基橡胶/聚丙烯热塑性硫化胶(IIR/PP-TPV),探究PP种类对IIR/PP-TPV力学性能及热性能的影响。结果表明:由均聚聚丙烯PP-1制得IIR/PP-TPV的综合性能较好,可对标道恩汽车密封条类相关产品,其邵尔A硬度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为76.7、8.6 MPa和365%,压缩永久变形率仅22 ~ 23%,且老化后的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率保持率分别为98%和87%;而由乙丙嵌段共聚物PP-2、乙丙无规共聚物PP-3制得IIR/PP-TPV的综合性能不佳。这一工作可为低成本、绿色环保型汽车密封条用IIR/PP-TPV的制备提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The butyl rubber/polypropylene thermoplastic vulcanizate (IIR/PP-TPV) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization with octyl phenolic resin as vulcanizing agent. The effect of PP kinds on the mechanical and thermal properties of IIR/PP-TPV was investigated. The results show that IIR/PP-TPV prepared from homopolymer PP-1 shows excellent comprehensive properties, and can be used to benchmark automotive sealing strips products of Dawn. Its Shore A hardness, tensile strength and elongation at break is 76.7, 8.6 MPa and 365%, respectively. And the compression set is only 22 ~ 23%, and its tensile strength and elongation at break retention after aging is 98% and 87%, while IIR/PP-TPV prepared from ethylene-propylene block copolymer PP-2 and ethylene-propylene random copolymer PP-3 show poor comprehensive properties. This work can provide reference for the preparation of IIR/PP-TPV for low cost, green and environmental protection automotive sealing strips.
