针对12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎,对轮胎成型设备进行数字化升级,对轮胎均匀性和动平衡性能进行前置管理研究。将轮胎均匀性和动平衡性能管理从轮胎硫化后提前至轮胎成型时,采用胎面测长系统及其自动调节功能来控制胎面供料结构,保证胎面长度,并利用在线激光扫描装置扫描胎坯轮廓,控制胎坯中心径向跳动、接头质量和胎坯周长等,提高了轮胎均匀性和动平衡性能。 |

Aiming to 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire,the digitalization upgrade of the building equipment of the tire was carried out,and the front management research of the uniformity and dynamic balance performances of the tire was conducted.The front management of the uniformity and dynamic balance performance of the tire was advanced from the vulcanization of the tire to the building of the tire.The feeding structures of the tread was controlled by using the tread length measurement system and its automatic adjustment function to ensure the tread length.The on line laser scanning device was used to scan the contour of the green tire,control the center radial runout,joint quality and circumference of the green tire,and so on,the uniformity and dynamic balance performance of the tire were improved. |
