研究高结构、高着色强度、低多环芳烃(PAHs)含量炭黑RE001的制备及其填充的天然橡胶(NR)胶料和NR/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶的性能。结果表明:绿色炭黑RE001与E7的主要物性参数基本相近,但炭黑RE001的PAHs含量明显小于炭黑E7;与炭黑N234相比,炭黑RE001和E7粒子表面明显嵌有大小不一的微晶体,粒子表面较为粗糙;炭黑N234,RE001和E7填充的NR胶料和NR/BR并用胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率相差不大;炭黑RE001填充的NR胶料和NR/BR并用胶的加工性能和耐磨性能最佳,炭黑RE001填充的NR/BR并用胶的损耗因子最小。通过特殊工艺制备的炭黑RE001不仅满足低滞后高耐磨炭黑的高结构、高着色强度要求,同时还实现低PAHs含量,具有良好的应用价值。 |

The preparation of carbon black RE001 with high structure,high coloration strength and low polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and properties of natural rubber(NR) compound and NR/butadiene rubber(BR) blend filled with it were studied.The results showed that the main physical parameters of green carbon black RE001 and E7 were basically similar,but the PAHs content of carbon black RE001 was significantly lower than that of carbon black E7.Compared with carbon black N234,carbon black RE001 and E7 particles had significantly different sizes of microcrystals embedded on their surfaces,resulting in a rougher particle surface.The tensile strengths and elongations at break of NR compounds and NR/BR blends filled with carbon black N234,RE001 and E7 were not significantly different.The processing performance and wear resistance of NR compound and NR/BR blend filled with carbon black RE001 were the best,while the loss factor of NR/BR blend filled with carbon black RE001 was the smallest.Overall,the carbon black RE001 prepared by special processes not only met the high structure and high coloration strength requirements of low hysteresis and high wear resistant carbon black,but also achieves low PAHs content,which had good application value. |
