选用蛭石、铬铁矿粉、硅酸锆作为增摩填料,利用万能材料试验机与定速摩擦试验机研究多元增摩填料对无石棉有机(NAO)型摩擦材料力学性能与摩擦磨损性能的影响。试验结果表明:过量的增摩填料会降低摩擦材料的硬度和剪切强度;以摩擦系数为考察指标时,增摩填料可以增大摩擦材料的摩擦系数,3种增摩填料之间存在协同效应,其中蛭石与硅酸锆的协同作用最为明显;以磨损率为考察指标时,3种增摩填料之间的相互作用不明显,但增摩填料的多元化不会增大摩擦材料的磨损率;增摩填料含量会影响摩擦材料的磨损机制,随着增摩填料含量的增大,摩擦材料的磨损机制由疲劳磨损转变为磨粒磨损。 |

Vermiculite,chromite powder and zirconium silicate were selected as friction fillers,and the effects of multiple friction enhancing fillers on the mechanical properties and friction properties of non asbestos organic(NAO) type friction materials were investigated by using universal material testing machine and constant speed friction testing machine. The test results showed that the excessive friction enhancing fillers would reduce the hardnesses and shear strengths of the friction materials.When the friction coefficient was used as the index,the friction enhancing filler could increase the friction coefficients of the friction materials,there were synergistic effects among the three friction enhancing fillers,among them,the synergistic effect between vermiculite and zirconium silicate was the most obvious.When the wear rate was used as the index,there were no obvious interactions between the three friction enhancing fillers,and the diversification of the friction enhancing fillers would not increase the wear rates of the friction materials.The contents of friction enhancing fillers would affect the wear mechanism of the friction material,and with the increase of contents of frictional enhancing fillers,the wear mechanism of the friction materials changed from fatigue wear to abrasive wear. |
