      采用间甲酚-甲醛-胶乳(CFL)浸渍体系和封端水性聚氨酯(WPUL)浸渍体系对聚酯纤维(PET)进行表面改性处理,探究环保型粘合剂PN760(简称PN760)对丁苯橡胶(SBR)及PET/SBR性能的影响。结果表明:PN760对SBR胶料的加工安全性能影响不大,硫化效率降低,对硫化胶的物理性能影响不大;PN760对CFL和WPUL浸渍体系处理的PET/SBR复合材料的粘合性能均有明显的改善效果,PN760用量为4份时,复合材料的粘合性能最好,与CFL浸渍体系相比,WPUL浸渍体系处理的PET/SBR复合材料的粘合性能稍弱。
英文摘要:
      The surface modification of polyester fibers(PET) was carried out using a meta cresol formaldehyde latex(CFL) impregnation system and a capped waterborne polyurethane(WPUL) impregnation system.The effect of environmentally friendly adhesive PN760(abbreviated as PN760) on the properties of styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) and PET/SBR was investigated.The results showed that PN760 had little effect on the processing safety performance of SBR rubber,reduced vulcanization efficiency,and had little effect on the physical properties of vulcanized rubber.PN760 had a significant improvement effect on the adhesion performance of PET/SBR composites treated with CFL and WPUL impregnation systems.When the dosage of PN760 was 4 phr,the adhesion performance of the composite material was the best.Compared with CFL impregnation system,the adhesion performance of PET/SBR composites treated with WPUL impregnation system was slightly weaker.
