      使用工况下轮胎一般会承受较为复杂的周期性交变负荷,由交变负荷导致的轮胎疲劳破坏极大影响其寿命。目前对不同使用工况下轮胎疲劳寿命预测较为困难,以205/55R轿车子午线轮胎为例,通过有限元分析,计算了在自由滚动、制动、驱动和侧偏工况下轮胎各部件交变负荷,并以此获得在不同工况下轮胎疲劳计算的典型谱段。在此基础上,采用Fe-safe软件,通过雨流计数法与累计损伤法预测了不同工况下轮胎疲劳寿命。结果得出:自由滚动工况下胎面花沟处和带束层附近为轮胎疲劳危险区域;制动和驱动工况下轮胎疲劳寿命短于自由滚动工况下,且胎面胶差异最为明显;侧偏工况下轮胎疲劳寿命最短,且偏转方向胎侧疲劳寿命长于对侧胎侧疲劳寿命。

      Under the working conditions, the tire would generally bear more complex periodic alternating loads,and the fatigue damage caused by the alternating loads greatly affects its lives.At present, it is difficult to predict the lives of the tire under different working conditions.Taking 205/55R16 PCR tire as an example, with finite element analysis,the alternating loads of each component of the tire under different working conditions were calculated, and the typical spectrum segments for fatigue calculation were obtained.On this basis, the fatigue lives of the tire under different working conditions was obtained by rain flow counting method and cumulative damage method with Fe-safe software.The results showed that the vicinities of the tread groove and the belt layer were fatigue risk areas of the tire under rolling conditions.The fatigue lives of the tire under braking and driving conditions were shorter than that under free rolling condition,and the difference was most obvious for the tread compound.The fatigue life of the tire under the cornering condition is the shortest,and the fatigue life of the sidewall at the deflection direction was larger than that of the opposite dierection.
