丁基橡胶(IIR)分子链上具有较多的甲基,使其具有优异的阻尼性能,但其分子链中双键比例低,不含极性基团,导致胶料硫化时间长,与填料的相容性差,且与金属等其他材料粘合性能较差,限制了其进一步应用。本文综述了无机填料、树脂/橡胶、有机小分子杂化、共聚物共混和化学改性等方法对IIR或填料进行改性,以改善IIR阻尼材料的阻尼性能、拓宽阻尼温域的研究。 |

Butyl rubber(IIR)had more methyl groups on its molecular chain,which gave it excellent damping performance.However,its molecular chain had a low proportion of double bonds and no polar groups,resulting in long vulcanization time,poor compatibility with fillers,and poor adhesion with other materials such as metals,which limited its further application.This article reviewed the research on modifying IIR or fillers using methods such as inorganic fillers,resin/rubber,organic small molecule hybridization,copolymer co mixing,and chemical modification to improve the damping performance of IIR damping materials and broaden the damping temperature range. |
