      O形橡胶密封圈作为无内胎轮胎的关键配件,目前没有规范的性能测试方法和标准,易因其质量问题而造成轮胎漏气。通过对工程机械轮胎用O形橡胶密封圈(以下简称密封圈)的检测现状进行分析,提出密封圈关键性能测试方法及标准,实现了对密封圈性能的可量化,为密封圈性能持续提升提供了数据支撑。
英文摘要:
      As a key component of tubeless tires,the rubber O-ring seals currently lacked standardized performance testing methods and standards,easy to cause tire air leakage due to its quality issues.By analyzing the current testing status of the rubber O-ring seals used in off-the-road tires(hereinafter referred to as seal rings),key performance testing methods and standards for the seal rings were proposed,achieving quantifiable performance of the seal rings and providing data support for the continuous performance improvement of the seal rings.
