      制备不同共混比的聚醚型和聚酯型(TPU)/甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MABS)合金,对TPU/MABS合金的耐乙醇和耐碘伏性能进行研究。结果表明:经乙醇和碘伏浸泡24 h的MABS在垂直于应力方向出现大量的裂纹甚至断裂;随着TPU用量的增大,经乙醇和碘伏浸泡24 h的TPU/MABS合金的应力开裂裂纹逐渐减少甚至消失,未经浸泡以及经乙醇和碘伏浸泡24 h的TPU/MABS合金的拉伸强度减小,乙醇浸泡24 h的TPU/MABS合金的冲击强度先增大后减小;当TPU用量分别为30和20份时,乙醇和碘伏浸泡的聚醚型TPU/MABS合金的冲击强度最大。综合来看,经乙醇与碘伏浸泡的聚醚型TPU/MABS合金的抗应力开裂性能比聚酯型TPU/MABS合金很好,抗冲击强度更大。

      Polyether type and polyester type polyurethane(TPU)/methyl methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(MABS) alloys were prepared with different TPU/MABS blending ratios,and their ethanol and Iodophor resistance properties were studied.The results showed that after soaking in ethanol and Iodophor for 24 h,MABS exhibited a large number of cracks or even fractures perpendicular to the stress direction.With the increase of TPU amount,the cracks of TPU/MABS alloys soaked in ethanol and Iodophor for 24 h decreased or even disappeared.The tensile strengths of TPU/MABS alloys unsoaked and ethanol and Iodophor soaked for 24 h decreased.The impact strength of TPU/MABS alloy soaked in ethanol for 24 h first increased and then decreased.When the TPU amount was 30 and 20 phr respectively,polyether type TPU/MABS alloys soaked in ethanol and Iodophor had the highest impact strength respectively.Overall,stress cracking resistance property of polyether type TPU/MABS alloy was better than that of polyester type TPU/MABS alloy,and the impact strength was lager.
