      针对高性能半钢子午线轮胎未来工厂建设,介绍轮胎工厂传统制造模式向数字化制造模式转变的探索和实 施。轮胎制造业是一个传统的劳动密集型产业,随着信息技术和数字经济的高速发展,建设轮胎未来工厂锚定绿色、智 能、高效、协作,引入大数据、物联网、云计算、人工智能、5G网络等新技术,将传统产业重塑为朝阳产业。轮胎未来工厂延 续传统工艺流程,运用数字技术对所有生产线和流程进行全面的数字化改造升级,实现设备系统互连和信息资源充分利 用,依托数字化仿真设计、大数据平台分析和决策、生产全流程智能控制以及云计算模型,实现产品设计迭代加速、高精 度和高速度检测、高效率和高品质生产,构建企业工业互联网平台,建设平台型协同工厂,用智能化和大数据串起整个产 业链。未来工厂以数字化设计、智能化生产、数字化管理、绿色制造、安全管控为基础;以数据驱动生产流程再造;以网络 化协同、大规模个性化定制、服务化延伸等新模式为特征,最终实现企业价值链和核心竞争力提升。
英文摘要:
      In view of the future factory construction of high-performance steel-belted radial tires,the exploration and implementation of the transformation from the traditional manufacturing mode to the digital manufacturing mode in the tire factory are introduced.Tire manufacturing industry is a traditional labor-intensive manufacturing industry,but with the rapid development of information technology and digital economy,the future tire factory will be designed to anchor new ideas of green,intelligent,efficient and cooperative manufacturing by integrating new technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and 5G network,and the traditional tire manufacturing industry will be re-shaped into a sunrise industry.In the future tire factory,comprehensive digital transformation will be carried out based on the traditional process flow to upgrade all production lines and processes,establish interconnection of the equipment system,and make full use of information resources.Accelerated product design iteration,high-precision and high-speed quality control process,and high-efficiency and high-quality production are achieved by relying on digital simulation design,big data platform analysis and decision making,intelligent control of the whole production process and cloud computing model.Eventually the entire industrial chain is linked with intelligence and big data by building the enterprise industrial internet platform and the platform based collaborative factory.The future factory is based on digital design,intelligent production,digital management,green manufacturing and safety control,and could drive production process reengineering.Characterized by new models such as networked collaboration,large-scale personalized customization and service-oriented extension,the enterprise value chain and core competitiveness are ultimately upgraded.
