      以炭黑N330、炭黑HM3810、导电炭黑DENKA BLACK为填料,研究炭黑/三元乙丙橡胶复合材料的硫化特性、物理性能和导电性能。结果表明:导电炭黑DENKA BLACK填充的混炼胶的FLFmaxFL最大,t90最短,炭黑HM3810填充的混炼胶的FL 和门尼粘度[ML(1+4)100 ℃]最小, t10最长;当炭黑用量相同时,炭黑HM3810填充的硫化胶的力学性能最好,导电炭黑DENKA BLACK填充的硫化胶的导电性能最好;随着导电炭黑DENKA BLACK用量的增大,硫化胶的力学性能和导电性能提高;当导电炭黑DENKA BLACK用量为60份时,硫化胶的力学性能和导电性能最好。
英文摘要:
      The vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and electrical conductivity of carbon black/ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM) composites were studied by using the filler of carbon black N330,carbon black HM3810 and conductive carbon black DENKA BLACK.The results showed that the FL and FmaxFL of the compound filled with conductive carbon black DENKA BLACK were the largest,and the t90 was the shortest.The FL and Mooney viscosity [ML(1+4)100 °C] of the compound filled with conductive carbon black HM3810 were the smallest,and thet10 was longest.When the amount of carbon black was the same,the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate filled with carbon black HM3810 were the best,and the electrical conductivity of the vulcanizate filled with conductive carbon black DENKA BLACK was the best.With the increase of the amount of conductive carbon black DENKA BLACK,the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the vulcanizate were improved.When the amount of conductive carbon black DENKA BLACK was 60 phr,the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the vulcanizate were the best
