      建立密炼机端面密封装置圆-椭圆垂直复合微孔织构(简称复合织构)的流体动压润滑模型,研究织构参数和工况参数对复合织构摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:当复合织构深度(hp)为5 μm时,复合织构端面密封装置具有最好的减摩性能;当复合织构面积率(Sp)为43.96%时,复合织构的平均无量纲压力(Pav)最大和摩擦因数(μ)最小;复合织构的μ随着转子转速(n)和润滑油粘度(η)的增大而增大;密封间隙(h0)为3和6 μm时,复合织构的Pav都随着nη的增大而增大;在不同的nη下,复合织构的Pavμ随着h0 的增大而减小。
英文摘要:
      A fluid dynamic lubrication model for the circle-ellipse vertical composite microporous texture(referred to as composite texture) of the end-face seal device of internal mixer was established,and the influences of the texture parameters and operating conditions parameters on the friction performance of the composite texture were studied.The results showed that when the depth(hp) of the composite texture was 5 μm,the composite texture end-face seal device had the best antifriction performance.When the area ratio of the composite texture(Sp) was 43.96%,the average dimensionless pressure of the composite texture(Pav) was maximum and the friction coefficient(μ) was minimum.The μ of the composite texture increased as the rotor speed(n) and lubricating oil viscosity increased(η).When the seal gap(h0) was 3 and 6 μm,the Pav of the composite textures increased with increase of the nη.Under different nη,the Pav and μof the composite texture decreased with increase of the h0.
