| 与马来西亚天然橡胶(NR)相比,国产NR的性能存在较大差距,难以满足航空轮胎等高端领域的要求。通过溶液共混将磷脂或氨基酸等小分子组分(L-α-卵磷脂、磷酸乙醇胺、L-酪氨酸与L-赖氨酸)引入国产NR中,成功制备了高强度、高韧性的NR。结果表明:引入共混组分后,国产NR的强度、韧性、耐疲劳性能与马来西亚NR相当;共混组分通过氢键与NR中的非胶成分作用并促进NR中蛋白质的有序次级结构的形成;共混组分的引入增加了NR体系的瞬态与永久缠结,这是NR性能提升的主要原因。 |

| Abstract:Compared with Malaysian natural rubber(NR),the performance of domestic NR had a big
gap,and it was difficult to meet the requirements of high-end fields such as aircraft tires. In this study,
small molecular components such as phospholipids or amino acids (L-α-Lecithin,ethanolamine phosphate,
L-tyrosine and L-lysine) were introduced into domestic NR by solution blending,and the NR with high
strength and high toughness was successfully prepared. The results showed that the strength,toughness and
fatigue resistance of domestic NR after the blending modification were equivalent to those of Malaysian
NR. The blended component interacted with the non-rubber component in NR through hydrogen bonds and
promoted the formation of the ordered secondary structure of the proteins in NR. The addition of blended
components increased the transient and permanent entanglement of the NR system,which was the main
reason for the improvement of NR properties. |
