      研究粉状炭黑(以下简称炭黑)预备方式对湿法混炼(胶凝)胶料性能的影响,并与传统干法混炼胶料进行对比。结果表明:炭黑湿法混炼胶料的性能明显优于干法混炼胶料,其中研磨炭黑湿法混炼胶料的综合性能最好,未造粒炭黑由于极轻且难以分散,其湿法混炼胶料的综合性能相比干法混炼胶料提升不大;研磨炭黑和筛滤破碎炭黑能够与天然胶乳在短时间内实现胶凝,其湿法混炼效率较高。
英文摘要:
      The effects of the advance preparation methods of powdered carbon black(hereinafter referred to as carbon black) on the properties of wet mixed(gelled) compounds were studied and compared with traditional dry mixed compound.The results showed that the properties of carbon black wet mixed compounds were significantly better than those of dry mixed compound,among them the comprehensive performance of wet mixed compound with ground carbon black was the best.The comprehensive performance of wet mixed compound with non granulated carbon black was not significantly improved compared to dry mixed compound due to its extremely light weight and difficult to be dispersed.Ground carbon black and sieving and screened and crushed carbon black could achieve gel with natural rubber latex in a short time,and their wet mixing efficiencies were higher.
