      非充气轮胎能够避免充气轮胎的爆胎风险,已成为橡胶/轮胎行业研究的热点产品。非充气轮胎由轮毂、辐条、剪切带和胎面组成,剪切带在是非充气轮胎结构中的重要部件。剪切带可分为橡胶剪切带、聚氨酯剪切带和金属剪切带,剪切带结构与材料参数对非充气轮胎的性能影响极大。剪切带的结构与材料技术进步为非充气轮胎的进一步发展提供了技术支撑。
英文摘要:
      Non-pneumatic tire can avoid the blowout risk of pneumatic tire,and it has become a hot product in the rubber/tire industry. The non-pneumatic tire is consisted of wheel hub,spokes,shear band and tread,and the shear band is an important component in the structure of non-pneumatic tire. The shear band could be divided into three material types:rubber shear band,polyurethane shear band and metal shear band. The structure and material parameters of shear band have great influence on the performance of nonpneumatic tire. In a word,the technological progress of the shear band structure and material provides strong technical support for the further development of non-pneumatic tire.
