| 介绍我国某海域油气田平台中钢悬链线立管柔性接头用半球形弹性支座的研制,重点分析半球形弹性支座橡胶层胶料的配方设计、增强板的选材和加工成型方案以及产品的生产流程、模具设计和硫化成型工艺。结果表明,本研究半球形弹性支座由氢化丁腈橡胶胶层与增强钢板复合制成,刚度适中且结构稳定,具有优异的耐腐蚀和耐疲劳性能。半球形弹性支座的研制对钢悬链线立管柔性接头的国产化工作具有重要意义。 |

| The development of hemispherical elastic bearing for steel catenary riser flexible joints was of
great significance to the localization of steel catenary riser flexible joints in China,and one study in an oil and
gas field platform in China Sea was introduced in this paper. This study focused on several important aspects
of the bearing:the compound formula design of rubber layer,material selection and forming scheme of the
reinforcement plate,production process,mold design and vulcanization forming process. The results showed
that the hemispherical elastic bearing made of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) layer and reinforcement
steel plate had moderate rigidity,stable structure,excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. |
