      研究抗硫化返原剂KA9188(简称KA9188)用量对硫黄用量分别为1. 2和0. 5份的K和S系配方天然橡胶(NR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:S系配方NR胶料的硫化返原率远小于K系配方NR胶料,表明KA9188可以显著提升S系配方NR胶料的抗硫化返原性能;随着KA9188用量的增大,K和S系配方NR硫化胶的交联密度、邵尔A型硬度和定伸应力增大,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度减小,在玻璃化温度(Tg)下K和S系配方NR硫化胶的损耗因子增大、动态剪切模量减小;与K系配方NR硫化胶的Tg相比,S系配方NR硫化胶的Tg向低温方向移动的趋势略大,这是因为KA9188分子中的亚甲基长链为NR硫化胶提供的交联网络柔顺性略好于单硫键和双硫键;K系配方NR硫化胶的交联密度大于S系配方NR硫化胶。

      Abstract:The effect of the amounts of anti-reversion agent KA9188 (KA9188 for short ) on the properties of natural rubber(NR) compounds of K and S series formulations with sulfur amounts of 1.2 and 0.5 phr,respectively,was studied. The results showed that the reversion rates of the NR compounds of S series formulations were much lower than those of the NR compounds of K series formulations,indicating that KA9188 could significantly improve the anti-reversion properties of the NR compounds of S series formulations.With the increase of the amounts of KA9188,the crosslinking densities,Shore A hardnesses and moduli of the NR vulcanizates of K and S series formulations increased,the tensile strengths,elongations at break and tear strengths decreased,the loss factors of the vulcanizates at the glass transition temperatures(Tg) increased and the dynamic shear moduli at Tg decreased.Compared with the Tgof the NR vulcanizates of K series formulations,the Tg of the NR vulcanizates of S series formulation had a slightly higher tendency to move to the low temperature direction,because the long methylene chains in the KA9188 molecule provided the NR vulcanizates with slightly better cross-linking network flexibilities than monosulfide bonds and disulfide bonds. The cross-linking densities of the NR vulcanizates of K series formulations were greater than that of the NR vulcanizates of S series formulations.
