      研究热空气老化(70 ℃×14 d)对焊接参数不同的Ⅰ和Ⅱ组橡胶地板布焊接接头性能的影响以及进行焊接接头焊缝的差示扫描量热(DSC)和拉曼光谱分析。热空气老化试验得出,Ⅰ组橡胶地板布焊接接头的拉伸试样从焊缝处熔断,Ⅱ组橡胶地板布焊接接头的拉伸强度减小12%;DSC分析得出,Ⅰ组橡胶地板布焊接接头焊缝在65.6 ℃时热流率发生转变,在67.2 ℃时存在明显吸热峰,即焊缝发生粘流态转变,Ⅱ组橡胶地板布焊接接头焊缝和Ⅰ组橡胶地板布焊接接头母材在25~110 ℃中均未见明显吸热峰;拉曼光谱分析得出,Ⅰ组橡胶地板布焊接接头焊缝在1 056 cm-1和1 118 cm-1处的特征峰强度明显减小。这是热空气老化过程中橡胶分子链发生交联与裂解反应导致的。

      Abstract:The effects of hot air aging(70 ℃×14 d) on the properties of the welded joints of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ rubber floor coverings with different welding parameters were studied,and the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and Raman spectroscopy analyses of the welded joint were carried out. The hot air aging test showed that,the welded joint of group Ⅰ rubber floor coverings melted from weld position,and the tensile strength of the welded joint of group Ⅱ rubber floor coverings decreased by 12%. The DSC analysis showed that,the heat flow rate of the welded joint weld of group Ⅰ rubber floor coverings changed at 65. 6 ℃,and there was an obvious endothermic peak at 67. 2 ℃,indicating that the weld had a viscous fluid state transition. There was no obvious endothermic peak in the welded joint of group Ⅱ rubber floor coverings and the base material of the welded joint of group Ⅰ rubber floor coverings in the temperature range of 25~110 ℃ . Raman spectroscopy analysis showed that,after hot air aging,the characteristic peak intensities of the welded joint of group Ⅰ rubber floor coverings at 1 056 and 1 118 cm-1 decreased significantly,which was caused by the cross-linking and fracture reactions of the rubber molecular chains during hot air aging.
