综述近年来在非轮胎橡胶制品领域拓展应用的一些具有特殊性能和特种用途、能在苛刻条件下使用的高性能特种弹性体。本综述第2部分介绍氢化丁腈橡胶在使用新型制冷剂的汽车空调密封件及长寿命汽车传动带中的应用;介绍新型的丙烯酸弹性体,包括耐高温丙烯酸酯橡胶、典型和高性能乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶及乙烯-乙酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯弹性体的结构、组成和特性;介绍3种新开发的乙烯-乙酸乙烯弹性体(EVM)——预交联EVM、环氧化EVM、耐寒EVM。 |

Several performance specialty elastomers with special properties which can been expanded application in the field of non-tire rubber products used under harsh environments in recent years are reviewed.Part 2 of this review introduces the application of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) in automotive air-conditioner seals using new refrigerants and long-life automotive transmission belts,as well as the structure,composition and characteristics of new acrylic elastomers,including high temperature resistant acrylate rubber(ACM),typical and performance ethylene-acrylate rubber(AEM) and ethylene-vinylacetate-acrylate elastomer.It also introduces three kinds of newly developed ethylene-vinylacetate elastomers(EVM)—pre-crosslinked EVM,epoxidized EVM and low temperture EVM. |
