| 天然橡胶(NR)是关系民生、医疗、航天和国防等领域的重要战略物资。在NR分子长链形成过程中,顺式-异戊烯基转移酶(CPT)是决定其形成的关键酶。CPT可与橡胶粒子上蛋白质发生相互作用并调控蛋白质的活性,从而进一步参与橡胶生物合成。产胶植物中CPT的研究不仅有助于精确解析橡胶生物合成机制,并且可为产胶植物分子育种和橡胶产业多元化发展提供理论依据和技术支持。 |

| Natural rubber(NR) is an important strategic material related to people’s livelihood,medical
treatment,aerospace technology and national defense. During the formation of the long chain of NR
molecules,cis-isopentenyl transferase(CPT) is the key enzyme that determines its formation. CPT can
interact with a variety of proteins on the rubber particles and regulate the activity of the proteins,thereby
further participating in rubber biosynthesis. The study of CPT in rubber-producing plants not only helps to
accurately analyze the mechanism of rubber biosynthesis,but also provides the theoretical basis and technical
support for the molecular breeding of rubber-producing plants and the diversified development of the rubber
industry. |
