      研究炭黑(固相颗粒)在气力输送通过弯管时,弯径比(δ)对输送弯管内压力损失和固相颗粒运动速度以及弯管内壁磨损的影响。当δ小于5时,随着δ的增大,输送弯管内压力损失减小和固相颗粒运动速度增大,弯管内壁磨损程度降低;当δ增大到5后,输送弯管内压力损失和固相颗粒运动速度以及弯管内壁的磨损速率变化放缓。设计炭黑气力输送弯管时,δ在5~7范围内既可以使输送弯管内壁磨损程度和输送能耗降低,又可满足输送管道布局和工艺要求。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the bending diameter ratio (δ) on the pressure loss and the solid particles moving speed in the conveying elbow and the wear of the elbow inner wall when carbon black (solid particles) were pneumatically conveyed through the elbow were studied.When δ was less than 5,as δ increased,the pressure loss in conveying elbow decreased,the solid particles moving speed increased,and the wear degree of the elbow inner wall was reduced.When δ increased to 5,the pressure loss and the solid particles movement speed in conveying elbow and wear rate of the elbow inner wall changed slow down.At designing the carbon black pneumatic conveying elbow,δ in the range of 5~7 could reduce the abrasion degree of the conveying elbow inner wall and the energy consumption of the conveying,and it could also meet the layout and process requirements of the conveying pipeline.
