采用气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法测定硫化胶中双酚A含量,研究样品前处理条件对测试结果的影响,并探讨GC-MS/MS测试的优化条件。结果表明:采用丙酮配置双酚A质量浓度为10~1 000 μg·L-1的标准工作溶液,所得工作曲线相关因数>0. 992,线性相关性良好;该方法检出限为0. 1 mg·kg-1,定量限为0. 3 mg·kg-1,0.5,1和5 mg·kg-1三个双酚A添加量下平均回收率在90. 9%~105.1%范围内,相对标准偏差均<5%。GC-MS/MS法适用于轮胎不同部位双酚A含量的检测。 |

Bisphenol A content in vulcanizates was determined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) method. The effects of sample pretreatment conditions on the test results were studied,and the optimal test conditions of GC-MS/MS were discussed. The results showed that by using acetone to prepare a standard solution with a mass concentration of bisphenol A of 10~1 000 μg·L-1,the correlation coefficient of the obtained working curve was larger than 0. 992 and the linear relationship was good. The detection limit of this method was 0. 1 mg·kg-1,the quantitation limit was 0. 3 mg·kg-1,the average recoveries were in the range of 90.9% ~105.1% at three tested addition levels of bisphenol A (0. 5,1 and 5 mg·kg-1),and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. GC-MS/MS method was suitable for the analysis of bisphenol A content in different parts of tires. |
