| 研究硫化体系、生胶体系及聚酯帆布表面处理方式对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)胶料与聚酯帆布粘合性能的影响。结果表明:当硫化体系采用噻唑类促进剂的低硫高促硫化体系、生胶体系HNBR/丁腈橡胶并用比为80/20、聚酯帆布表面采用本体胶料胶乳处理(化学处理)时,胶料与聚酯帆布粘合强度满足5 kN·m-1的要求,且该技术具有操作便捷的优势,适合工业化生产。 |

| The effects of vulcanization system,rubber system and surface treatment methods of polyester canvas on the adhesion between hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) compound and polyester canvas were studied.The results showed that when the vulcanization system adopted the low sulfur content and high accelerator content vulcanization system with thiazole accelerator,the HNBR/nitrile rubber(NBR) blend ratio was 80/20,and the surface of polyester canvas was treated with body compound latex,the adhesion strength between compound and polyester canvas met the requirements of 5 kN·m-1,and this technology had the advantage of convenient operation and was suitable for industrial production. |
