针对垃圾转运集装箱在转运过程中存在密封不严的情况,对密封条的结构参数进行了优化设计。运用Ansys有限元分析软件对密封条进行建模、网格划分以及建立边界条件,对不同截面形状的密封条进行应力与应变分析,对密封条的结构和尺寸进行优化。装载运行结果表明,优化的密封条的接触长度增大了44.3%,最大内应力和接触应力分别减小了46.0%和60.2%,耐久性能和密封性能提升,综合成本降低。 |

In view of the lack of sealing of the waste transfer container in the transfer process,the
structural parameters of the sealing strip were optimized. The finite element analysis software Ansys was
used to model,mesh and establish boundary conditions for the sealing strip. The stress and strain of the
sealing strip with different cross-sectional shapes were analyzed,and the structure and size of the sealing
strip were optimized. The loading operation results showed that the contact length of the optimized sealing
strip increased by 44. 3%,the maximum internal stress and contact stress decreased by 46. 0% and 60. 2%,
respectively,the durability and sealing performance were improved,and the cost was reduced. |
