      以辐条式免充气轮胎为例,采用Abaqus软件建立轮胎的三维有限元模型,针对轮胎的振动问题,在辐条两侧边缘挖非对称弧进行减振分析,并与原始辐条轮胎和等质量对称弧辐条轮胎进行力学性能和振动分析对比。结果表明,非对称弧辐条轮胎比对称弧辐条轮胎具有更大的刚度和更均匀的接地压力,且非对称弧辐条轮胎的频谱峰幅值和均方根值明显小于原始辐条轮胎和对称弧辐条轮胎,表明辐条两侧边缘的非对称弧结构在保证轮胎的力学性能同时可以通过摆动变形来削弱冲击,达到减小轮胎的径向振动目的。
英文摘要:
      Taking the spoke-type non-pneumatic tire as an example,a three-dimensional finite element model of the tire was established by using Abaqus software. Aiming at the vibration problem of the tire,the vibration reduction analysis of the asymmetric arc spoke tire by cutting asymmetric arcs along the both side edges of the spokes was carried out,and the mechanical properties and vibration analysis were compared with those of the original spoke tire and the symmetric arc spoke tire with equal mass. The results showed that the asymmetric arc spoke tire had greater stiffness and more uniform contact pressure distribution than the symmetric arc spoke tire,and the frequency peak amplitude and root mean square value of the asymmetric arc spoke tire were significantly smaller than those of the original spoke tire and symmetric arc spoke tire, indicating that the asymmetrical arc structure on both side edges of the spokes could reduce the impact by swinging deformation while ensuring the mechanical properties of the tire,so that the purpose of reducing radial vibration of the tire was achieved.
