加热硫化工艺充分解决了普通加热硫化工艺能量损耗大以及橡胶制品硫化时间长、硫化均匀性和性能稳定性差等问题,

In view of vulcanization mold heating for rubber molding vulcanization process,the
problems in the ordinary heating (hot plate heating ) vulcanization process and the advantages of the
electromagnetic heating vulcanization process were discussed. The rubber bearings were produced by
using the electromagnetic heating vulcanization process and the ordinary heating vulcanization process,
respectively,and the compression resistance and shear resistance of the rubber bearings were tested and
compared. The results showed that,the electromagnetic heating vulcanization process fully solved the
problems of large energy loss,long vulcanization time,poor vulcanization uniformity and poor performance
stability of the rubber products in the ordinary heating vulcanization process,and could meet the increasing
high environmental protection requirements in the rubber industry |
