      采用Dunlop发泡法制备天然胶乳发泡材料,研究硫化剂(硫黄)、发泡剂(油酸钾)和凝胶剂(氟硅化钠)用量及硫化工艺对天然胶乳发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明,硫黄和氟硅化钠用量对天然胶乳发泡材料的成型有较大影响,而油酸钾用量主要影响天然胶乳发泡材料泡孔结构,进而影响其性能,硫黄、油酸钾和氟硅化钠最佳用量分别为2.5,1.5和0.5份;硫化温度对天然胶乳发泡材料性能的影响大于硫化时间,天然胶乳发泡材料最佳硫化条件为120 ℃×30 min,硫化模具开排气孔有利于提高天然胶乳发泡材料的性能。

      Natural rubber latex foaming materials were prepared by Dunlop foaming method,and the effect of the vulcanizing agent(sulfur) dosage,foaming agent(potassium oleate) dosage,gel-forming agent(sodium silicofluoride) dosage,and curing process on the properties of natural rubber latex foaming materials was studied. The results showed that the sulfur dosage and sodium silicofluoride dosage had great influence on the forming of natural rubber latex foaming materials,while the potassium oleate dosage mainly affected the cell structure of natural rubber latex foaming materials and further affected its performance. The optimum dosage of sulfur,potassium oleate and sodium silicofluoride was 2. 5,1. 5 and 0. 5 phr,respectively. The effect of curing temperature on the properties of natural rubber latex foaming materials was greater than that of curing time,and the best curing condition of natural rubber latex foaming materials was 120 ℃ × 30 min. In addition,opening some exhausting vents for curing mold was beneficial to improve the properties of the foamed natural rubber latex materials.
