研究低氨浓缩天然胶乳在家用手套生产中的应用。结果表明:在基本配方的低氨浓缩天然胶乳中补加稳定剂氢氧化钾和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)可提高预硫化胶乳的稳定性,减少预硫化胶乳的结皮,当补加质量分数为0.000 5的氢氧化钾和质量分数为0.001的SDS时效果良好;当凝固剂氯化钙质量分数达到0.24时,预硫化胶乳制备手套的浸渍成型效果较好,可解决手套“缺肉”问题。 |

The application of low ammonia concentrated natural latex in the production of household glove was studied.The results showed that,the stability of the pre-vulcanized latex could be improved by supplemented potassium hydroxide and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as stabilizer into low ammonia concentration natural latex with basic formula,which could greatly alleviate the skining problems of pre-vulcanized latex.As supplemented potassium hydroxide with the mass fraction of 0.000 5 and SDS with the mass fraction of 0.001,the stabilizing effect was good.When the mass fraction of calcium chloride as coagulant reached 0.24,the impregnation forming effect of pre-vulcanized latex glove production was good,and the “lack of material” problem of glove was solved. |
