研究不同温度和浓度下钙系橡胶凝聚辅助分散剂氯化钙、乳酸钙和乙酸钙对金属电极的腐蚀情况,包括对金属电极的腐蚀速率、腐蚀微观形貌和腐蚀物化学组成。结果表明:在85 ℃下质量分数为0.01的乳酸钙对金属电极的腐蚀速率为0.033 mm·a-1,远低于同等条件下氯化钙的腐蚀速率(0.880 mm·a-1);乳酸钙腐蚀的金属电极表面腐蚀程度低,乳酸钙可替代氯化钙作为橡胶凝聚辅助分散剂以减小橡胶凝聚工段的设备和管道腐蚀。 |

The corrosion of calcium series rubber coagulation auxiliary dispersants calcium chloride,calcium lactate and calcium acetate at different temperatures and concentrations on metal electrodes was studied,including the corrosion rate,the micro-morphology and the chemical composition of the corrosion products of the corrosion electrode.The results showed that the corrosion rate of calcium lactate on the metal electrode was 0.033 mm·a-1 when its mass concentration was 0.01 at 85 ℃,which was much lower than that of calcium chloride(0.880 mm·a-1) under the same conditions.The corrosion degree of calcium lactate corrosion electrode surface was low,calcium lactate could replace calcium chloride as an auxiliary dispersant for rubber coagulation to reduce the corrosion of equipment and pipeline in rubber coagulation section. |
