采用不同的开姆洛克(Chemlok)双涂体系胶粘剂,对比研究航空燃油系统常用丁腈橡胶(NBR)和氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)与金属(钢30CrMnSiA和铝合金2A12)的粘合性能。结果表明:Chemlork双涂体系对NBR的粘合效果较好,NBR-金属粘合的破坏形式主要为橡胶破坏;橡胶-钢30CrMnSiA的粘合强度大于橡胶-铝合金2A12;面涂型胶粘剂的粘合效果与金属种类有关。 |

The adhesive properties between nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) and hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber(HNBR) and metals(Steel 30CrMnSiA and aluminum alloy 2A12)commonly used in aviation fuel system were compared by using different Chemlok double coating systems.The results showed that Chemlork double coating system had better adhesion effect to NBR,and the failure form of NBR-metal adhesion was mainly rubber failure.The adhesive strength of rubber-steel 30CrMnSiA was greater than rubber-aluminum alloy 2A12.The adhesion effect of surface coating adhesive was related to metal types. |
