在不涉及动力学模型假设的条件下,通过整合多动力学研究方法完成白炭黑胎面胶复杂热解过程的动力学分析,得到热解动力学反应机制并准确得出热解动力学三因子(机理函数、活化能和指前因子)。结果表明:白炭黑胎面胶的热解过程可分为子反应Ⅰ和Ⅱ两个阶段,子反应Ⅰ的机理函数为f(α)=0.247 3α-3.043 7,活化能为155.26 kJ·mol-1,指前因子为1.288×1012 min-1;子反应Ⅱ的机理函数为f(α)=0.414 2(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]-1.414 3,活化能为315.40 kJ·mol-1,指前因子为3.099×1024 min-1。 |

Without the assumption of kinetic model,the kinetic analysis of complex pyrolysis process of silica tread compound was completed by integrating multiple dynamics research methods.The reaction mechanism of pyrolysis kinetics was obtained and three factors(mechanism function,activation energy and pre-exponential factor) of pyrolysis kinetics were got accurately.The results showed that the pyrolysis process of silica tread compound could be divided into two stages,namely sub reaction Ⅰ and sub reaction Ⅱ.The mechanism function of sub reaction Ⅰ was f(α)=0.247 3α-3.043 7,activation energy was 155.26 kJ·mol-1,and pre-exponential factor was 1.288×1012 min-1.The mechanism function of sub reaction Ⅱ was f(α)=0.414 2 (1-α) [-ln(1-α)]-1.414 3,activation energy was 315.40 kJ·mol-1,and the pre-exponential factor was 3.099×1024 min-1. |
